The proposed hotel will offer 122 guest rooms, a restaurant/bar, a large spa, and excellent facilities for meetings and events. The usable floor area will be approximately 7,870 square meters.
Bohuslän is known for its proximity to the sea, stunning nature, and well-known tourist attractions. Summer tourism is vibrant, with renowned destinations like Marstrand, Mollösund, and Smögen.
