Annordia is seeking an operator for a new destination hotel located next to Ingelsta shopping, three kilometers north of central Norrköping. The client is Eurocommercial, which also owns Ingelsta shopping.
The proposed hotel features 170 guest rooms, a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor, as well as a spa, gym, and conference facilities on the second floor. Plans also include a summer garden on the third floor and a rooftop bar on the tenth floor, offering panoramic views. The hotel’s total area is expected to be 9,215 square meters.
Norrköping is strategically located along the E4, close to several major cities in central Sweden. The city is known for its rich industrial heritage, thriving restaurant scene, and Kolmården Wildlife Park. It’s also home to major government agencies and 5,000 university students.
Significant infrastructure projects are underway to improve accessibility in Norrköping, including the Ostlänken high-speed rail project, a new central station, and the extension of the ring road to fully encircle the city center.
