Annordia is conducting an operator search for a new hotel to be built at Stora Torget in Enköping, on behalf of Vi Invest. The hotel will be constructed on historic grounds where the old city hotel once stood and will become a new meeting place in the city.

The proposed hotel will offer 156 guest rooms, a restaurant/bar on the ground floor, a spa and gym, as well as three meeting rooms. The concept proposal also includes a rooftop bar with a spacious terrace offering a spectacular view of the city. The total usable floor area of the hotel amounts to approximately 7,500 square meters.

Enköping is strategically located in Mälardalen, between large cities such as Stockholm, Uppsala, and Västerås. The city is known not only for its strategic location, but also for its beautiful parks and rich history. Enköping’s business sector is diverse, with a strong presence of the Swedish Armed Forces, whose operations in the municipality are expanding. At the same time, Enköping is developing as a logistics hub, thanks to its strategic location along the E18 highway and national roads 55 and 70.
