On behalf of Midroc Property Development, Annordia is looking for an operator for a planned hotel in the Embassy of Sharing block in Hyllie, Malmö. Focusing on making the area a socially inclusive and green place, the Embassy of Sharing will make the area the vibrant environment that the district has the potential to become.

Hyllie is strategically located in the middle of the Öresund region. From Hyllie station, the journey to Kastrup and Malmö central takes only 15 and 10 minutes respectively, which enables good communications both nationally and internationally. The district is today a major meeting and event destination with well-visited venues such as the Malmö Arena and the Malmö Fair, which annually attracts large numbers of guests to both congresses and amusements.

According to the concept proposal, which Midroc has developed in collaboration with Wingårdhs and Annordia, the hotel will have 117 guest rooms, a restaurant and a bar with a cozy outdoor restaurant facing the experience square, as well as a roof terrace with hammam/spa. The hotel is intended to serve as an extra living room in the neighborhood through its inviting lobby with generous ceiling height. In the lobby, you can meet and socialize. Or just be, read a book, drink something good. Here, synergies between people and businesses can arise; inspirational lectures, networking, sharing of services and services, package delivery and deliveries, meeting bookings, lunch boxes, laundry handouts and so on.
