We are now conducting an operator search for a new upscale long-stay hotel in Gothenburg on behalf of the property owners Profura and Grandab.

Profura and Grandab own the magnificent and castle-inspired villa Wilhelmsberg on Danska vägen in Örgryte, built in 1868 in neo-renaissance style and designed by Gothenburg’s former city architect Victor von Gegerfelt.

The villa is planned to be converted into a long-stay hotel with 13 apartments, in addition to a gym and common areas.
