On behalf of the property owner Humlegården, Annordia is looking for an operator to Grow Hotel, which is planned to be built on the border between Solna and Sundbyberg.

The hotel will be located within a ten minute walk from Sundbyberg city center, which is a communications hub where subway, commuter train, long distance, buses and the crossways line meet. The good communications have made the area attractive for business and the number of workplaces in the immediate vicinity has increased from about 21,000 to over 32,000 over the last ten years. This figure will increase further in the future thanks to the construction of two office buildings of a total of 30,000 square meters adjacent to the hotel.

Humlegården, Annordia and 3XN (which has also drawn Swedbank’s neighboring headquarters) have together developed a concept comprising 173 highly efficient guest rooms, a large restaurant with associated entrance hall and a relaxation area on the top floor. According to the concept, the Grow Hotel has a total area of ​​6,025 square meters.
