On behalf of Annehem, Annordia is looking for an operator for a new conference and spa hotel to be built near the PGA National in Bara, just outside of Malmö.

A concept proposal has been developed by Annehem in collaboration with architect Bertil Öhrström, Sweco Architects and Annordia. The concept includes 168 hotel rooms, 10 flexible conference rooms, large spa facilities, and a restaurant and bar. According to the proposal, the total area of the hotel is almost 10,200 square meters.

Within 20 a minute drive from the hotel, both Malmö and Lund are reached. Another ten minutes away is Copenhagen Airport, which is the largest airport in the Nordics. A short walk from the location is the PGA National golf complex, which has two of Sweden’s best 18-hole courses. A number of national and international competitions are held here each year, including Nordea Masters 2014 and 2015.
