Operator wanted for a hotel in Stockholm

On behalf of the property owner Kungsleden, we are looking for an operator for a planned hotel located in the Blästern district of central Stockholm.

The hotel is planned in Vasastaden and is intended to be part of the fast-growing district of Hagastaden. The hotel is planned to be housed in two adjacent buildings facing a courtyard. The main building has a major industrial character and was designed by one of Sweden’s most renowned architects, Sigurd Lewerentz.

The proximity to the rapidly evolving research and business area in Hagastaden, as well as the exciting shopping and entertainment venues in central Stockholm, make the site attractive for a new establishment.

The hotel was designed by Sweco Architects, where Annordia has contributed to the design of the hotel’s interior features. Total area of use amounts to approximately 7,700 square meters and includes 197 guest rooms, restaurant and meeting rooms, the largest meeting room with capacity for approximately 90 people in a cinema seating. About 30 percent of the guest rooms are dark (without windows), and their size varies between 9 and 46 square meters.

It is possible to rent an additional approximately 2,350 square meters, thus expanding the hotel’s capacity with 64 rooms. The facility also has a parking garage, of which approximately 30 parking spaces can be rented specifically for the hotel.

In case of interest, please submit an indicative offer for a lease to any of Annordia’s representatives by 30 June 2015.
