On behalf of Veidekke Bostad in co-operation with ICA Fastigheter, Annordia is looking for an operator to a new hotel in Brunnshög, a new district in Lund. A concept proposal has been developed by Veidekke Bostad together with Fojab Architects which includes 215 Long Stay-rooms with a kitchenette, and a restaurant with a bar and outdoor seating.

Brunnshög in Northeast Lund will develop strongly in the upcoming years. The area will be a leader in research and innovation and will attract visitors from all over the world. With a new tram, the travel time to Lund C will only be 14 minutes.
