On behalf of Profi Fastigheter, we are looking for an operator to a new hotel that is planned to be built in the Nordic Forum in Kista, north of Stockholm.

According to the proposed concept, produced by Annordia and Profi alongside Millimeter, the hotel will have 267 room in different categories, space-efficient rooms, family rooms, junior suites and long stay rooms. The hotel is proposed to have a large restaurant and bar with outdoor seating, a unique rooftop bar with a heated pool, a gym and five conference rooms. There is also the possibility for the operator to rent roof lanterns with impressive views of Kista.

The location is excellent in the heart of Kista with metro and commuter train nearby, and 200 meters from an additional stop on the new stretch of the light rail train. The building has about 1,000 parking spaces. Within walking distance is Kistamässan and several of Kista’s largest companies.

Kista is a strong corporate cluster and one of Stockholm’s priority urban development areas. Among other things, the planned development include 6,000 new residential homes, new offices, trade and service. Furthermore, it is discussed to move Stockholm International Fairs in Älvsjö to Kista, only 400 meters from the hotel.
