Annordia was advisor to Klövern in the process where Scandic Hotels has now signed a 20-year lease. The hotel will have about 160 rooms and include about 5,800 square meters in a planned new building in Örebro. Moving in is estimated to November 2021.

The new hotel is part of Klövern’s Örebro Entrance project at the northern entrance to Örebro city center. In the first phase of the project, Klövern intends to construct a 14-story building with a total of approximately 8,600 square meters.
