Annordia advised AMF Fastigheter when choosing Nordic Choice Hotels as the operator for two hotels with a total of 540 rooms in Swedbank’s old headquarters, located at Brunkebergstorg in Stockholm. With a total area of ​​over 30,000 square meters, it is Stockholm’s largest hotel contract ever.

Nordic Choice Hotels will abandon its existing brands and instead establish two unique concepts that will fit into the new neighborhood environment: a business hotel of 340 rooms, 2,000 square feet of conference, gym and a rooftop restaurant, and a 200-room boutique hotel with restaurant and gym. The hotel is scheduled to open in the spring of 2017.

Annordia presented a prospectus for the coveted object, which was sent to a wide selection of operators in the international market. Around 60 bids were received before negotiations began and Nordic Choice Hotels could finally be presented as a partner.
