In the spring of 2024, Annordia conducted a market analysis on behalf of the Skaraborgs Kommunalförbund, where we investigated the need for new hotel capacity in Skaraborg until 2030. The analysis shows that the demand for hotel rooms is expected to increase significantly in the future due to the development planned in the region, and that approximately 500 hotel rooms need to be added during the period.
