On behalf of Areim, Annordia is looking for an operator to a new hotel in central Stockholm.

According to the proposed concept, produced by Areim alongside Krook & Tjäder, the hotel will have 149 dark rooms and a restaurant divided on a total space of about 4 252 square meters.

The proposed hotel is positioned below street level in the characteristic Trygg-Hansa building in eastern Kungsholmen. After an extension to the existing office building, approximately 5,000-6,000 workplaces will be located in the complex. Moreover, large commercial spaces with a restaurant, a café, a grocery store, Systembolaget and a gym will be added to the building. Hotel guests will reach Stockholm central station within a ten minute walk.
