Annordia has been appointed by Liseberg to sell Lisebergsbyn and Askim Strand, including the site leaseholds and ground leases.

Lisebergsbyn has a unique urban location, only 10 minutes from central Gothenburg by tram. The site covers an area of about 46,000 sqm and contains more than 90 accommodation units in cottages, B&B and hostel, as well as 220 camping pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents. There are on-site conference facilities, a breakfast restaurant, as well as various activities and service buildings.

Askim Strand is located by the seaside, 15 minutes from Gothenburg and within walking distance of Askimsbadet, one of the most popular family beaches in the region. Askim Strand covers an area of about 52,000 sqm and contains 15 hostel rooms, 400 camping pitches, a shop, sauna, playground, 9-hole adventure golf course and service buildings.
