Annordia advised Revelop on a new AC Hotel by Marriott in Kista.

Revelop is converting 9,000 sqm of office space in Kista to a brand-new AC Hotel by Marriott, which will be operated by VI Invest AB. The hotel will occupy parts of Nordic Forum and have 201 keys, a restaurant, meeting facilities, and a wellness area with a pool and gym. Annordia led the operator search and selection process on behalf of Revelop, which was preceded by a feasibility study including market analysis, concept development, site programming, and lease advisory for the hotel.

AC Hotel by Marriott in Kista is expected to open in autumn 2025.
