Annordia advised LW Fastigheter on the operator search and selection process for their planned new hotel in Kalmar, which resulted in Nordic Choice Hotels as the operator.

Located at Universitetskajen in Kalmar, the hotel will contain 200 guest rooms, restaurant, bar and café, meeting facilities, gym and relax, as well as a skybar and rooftop terrace. LW Fastigheter and Nordic Choice Hotels plan to inaugurate the hotel in 2024.

Annordia’s assignment for LW Fastigheter began in 2019 with a feasibility study, which contained an evaluation of the market conditions for a new hotel on the site, a development of a suitable hotel concept and a rental assessment for the premises.
