Annordia advised LW Fastigheter on the operator search and selection process for a new hotel being developed by LW Fastigheter in Kalmar. Strawberry was selected as the hotel operator.
Ideally located on Universitetskajen in Kalmar, the hotel will offer 200 guest rooms, a restaurant, bar and café, meeting facilities, a gym and relaxation area, as well as a sky bar and a rooftop terrace. The hotel is scheduled to open in spring 2027.
Annordia’s assignment for LW Fastigheter began in 2019 with a feasibility study comprising an analysis of the market conditions for a new hotel at the site, the development of a suitable hotel concept, and a rental assessment for the proposed hotel.
