Annordia has led the sales process of STF Göteborg City Hotell on behalf of the Swedish Tourist Association (STF). Many players were interested in the acquisition and ultimately Zleep Well Hotel AB was selected. They will operate the hotel with the Comfort Hotel brand through a franchise agreement with Nordic Choice Hotels.

With a prime location on Drottninggatan in central Gothenburg, STF Göteborg City Hotell offers 102 rooms with a total of 304 beds, as well as a lobby area with a bar. The total leased area is 2,500 sqm.
