Annordia advised Talentus Invest AB on the sale of Talentus Hotel AB, which owns the hotel property Båsenberga 2:19 in the municipality of Vingåker. The property houses Båsenberga Hotell & Konferens and comprises 3,850 sqm.
The buyer is VSF Utveckling AB, owned by Jenny and Magnus Danielsson. In 2022, they acquired Båsenberga Hotell AB, the company operating the hotel.
Båsenberga Hotell & Konferens has 60 rooms, a restaurant and 13 conference rooms. The hotel enjoys a scenic location by Lake Kolsnaren, next to the popular Vingåker Golf course. It is affiliated with Svenska Möten and Countryside Hotels.
