Annordia advised Backahill on the recruitment of an operator to a new hotel in central Ängelholm.

Backahill has signed a 15-year agreement with Riverside Hotel in Ängelholm AB. The new hotel will have 112 rooms and will also provide large areas for restaurant, conference, trade fairs and events. The concept proposal was drafted by Backahill with support from Griab and Annordia.

The hotel will be accommodated in a new building on the property that formerly housed Hotel Paletten. It means walking distance to both Storgatan and Ängelholm Station. The new hotel will be four-star and run under the brand Best Western Plus. The hotel is expected to open in 2018.
