Annordia and Nordier were advisors to the Kihlström family in the divestment of Best Western Hotel Royal’s operating company and property to Landia AB.

Best Western Hotel Royal is located on Norra Vallgatan 94 in central Malmö. It is a charming and personal hotel housed in five connected buildings around two idyllic courtyards. The hotel offers 50 guest rooms and suites and covers 1,850 square meters.

The transaction of the property Skepparen 24 and the operating company Aktiebolaget Sedes was carried out through a share transfer. The closing took place on February 23, 2020.
