Annordia advised Host Property AB on the sale of First Hotel Billingehus in Skövde. Lotus Hotel Group, owned by Anna Riis and Lars-Olof Oskarsson, has acquired the shares in the property company Host Billingehus in Skövde AB and the relevant assets in the operating company.

The buyer is planning an extensive renovation and aims to open in 2023.

Billingehus currently has 240 keys, 23 conference rooms and large food and beverage facilities, on a floor area of almost 18,000 sq m.

Billingehus is located on the hill Billingen, in the middle of an outdoor recreation area and with a fantastic view of Skövde and the Skaraborg plain. In the area there is a wide range of activities that attract visitors all year round, as for example cross-country and downhill skiing, bandy, curling, cycling, hiking, cross-training, outdoor swimming, etc.
