Annordia advised Wihborgs on their record acquisition of 2.4 billion SEK. Wihlborgs has acquired eight properties from Granitor, including the Clarion Hotel Sea U and Scandic Oceanhamnen hotels in Helsingborg. Annordia served as Wihlborgs’ advisor for the hotels.
Clarion Hotel Sea U, with 250 rooms, and Scandic Oceanhamnen, with 184 rooms, opened in 2021 and 2022, respectively. With their distinctive architecture, they have become two landmarks in Helsingborg’s harbor.
