Annordia were appointed exclusive advisor to Klövern during the recruitment of Elite Hotels as operator to their hotel project in central Uppsala, adjacent to the main train station.

The hotel building, just shy of 10 000 square meters main usable area, was designed by Archus and has been given a strong architectonical expression. The hotel comprises of 198 hotel rooms, 9 conference locals as well as a gym with relax area and sauna.

Annordia were, in addition to the recruitment of the operator, responsible of conducting market analysis, developing a suitable concept and rental assessment. The hotel opened in March 2017 under the name Elite Hotel Academia.
