Annordia were appointed advisors on behalf of Kungsleden prior the company’s acquisition of the property and First Hotel Plaza in Västerås. Kungsleden acquired the property in april 2015. During 2016, Kungsleden assigned Annordia a new project that included a rental assessment of First Hotel Plaza.
The hotel is located at Skrapan in central Västerås. The building stands 81 meters tall and is one of the best known landmarks of Västerås. The hotel is operated under the name and trademark of Best Western as Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza and opened on the 1st of March 2017.
