First Hotel Arlanda opened on the 6th of November, adding 150 rooms to the lodging capacity of Arlanda Airport. Annordia were appointed advisor to property owner Arlandastad Holding during the process of recruiting an operator, as a follow-up on a market analysis which was carried out by Annordia in 2012. During 2014 Annordia developed a prospect and ultimately partook when Arlandastad Holding signed an agreement with Frame Invest.

First Hotel Arlanda Airport is marketed as a conference hotel and comprises six meeting facilities, each with capacities of up to 100 people. The hotel also has a close partnership with adjacent Drivelab Center, utilizing its capacity in the event of larger conferences and exhibitions. The hotel is strategically located close to a long-term parking lot and within walking distance from the airport as well as connecting train station and freeway.
