Annordia advised Regio and Grandab on their acquisition of the property Skår 40:2 in Gothenburg, upon which a new 215-room hotel will be built. It has a strategically important location next to Liseberg and is surrounded by major development projects such as Liseberg’s waterpark, Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel and the experience center World of Volvo. The hotel will be operated by Svenska Stadshotell AB.
