Gothia Towers + One in Gothenburg is owned by the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre. They plan to expand the hotel with a fourth tower, which will contain an additional 400 rooms.

Today, the hotel has around 1,200 rooms and is the largest hotel in the Nordic countries. The new tower will be 140 meters high and consist of 40 floors. By the end of 2025, Gothia Towers + One will offer approximately 1,600 rooms.

During the period of project planning, the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centrecommissioned Annordia to carry out a market analysis with associated forecasting of the Gothenburg Municipality’s hotel market. The assignment also included commenting on the conceptual direction for the expansion of Gothia Towers + One.
