Grow Hotel will open its doors towards the fall of 2018 next to Swedbank’s head offices in Sundbyberg. Annordia advised the property owner Humlegården during the entire recruitment process.

In 2015 Annordia conducted a feasibility study for a new hotel in Solna Strand. Humlegården had previously identified two possible locations for a new establishment. Annordia judged that conditions for a new hotel were good and suggested one of the identified locations. The initial market study was followed by a complete feasibility study including concept development and a rent assessment.

Annordia then conducted an operator recruitment on behalf of Humlegården. Time Hotel Group was recruited and signed a 20-year lease with the property owner. The coming hotel will consist of 176 rooms and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2018.
