Annordia were appointed joint advisor with Norrbryggan for the process of selling both property and venture at Hotel Attaché AB. The hotel is located at Hägersten, Stockholm. Annordia and Nordbryggan were responsible during the entire sales process and identified suitable owners to the venture as well as participated in negotiations and completion of the final agreement.
