Annordia were appointed advisors on behalf of NCC in the recruitment process for a new apartment hotel in Bromma Blocks, located at the entrance to Bromma Airport. NCC signed a 15-year lease with Biz Apartment for the operations of the new hotel. The hotel contains 177 long-stay rooms and opened in October 2021.

The property comprises 50,000 square meters in total with the new hotel, offices and shopping.

Annordia’s assignment began in 2016 for ICA Fastigheter. First, the market conditions for a new hotel at Bromma Blocks were evaluated, then a hotel concept was developed, and the project was completed with a rental assessment. Finally, the recruitment of an operator to the hotel began, first for ICA Fastigheter and then continued with NCC when they acquired the project.
