Annordia was assigned by Conventibus AB to carry out a market analysis for a potential hotel in Södra Hamnen, Skärhamn, on the island Tjörn. The study is based on the clients concept proposal, which suggests a destination hotel with conference and swimming bath facilities.

The hotel is planned to be situated by the outermost pier in Södra Hamnen, with wonderful views over the archipelago. The concept proposes 94 guest rooms, conference department, restaurant and bar, skybar, terrace, several pools, sauna and gym.
