With Annordia as advisor, Stadsrum Real Estate has signed a rental agreement with Winn Hotel Group on a new hotel to be constructed at Marenplan in central Södertälje. The hotel will be approximately 8,600 square meters and will contain about 200 rooms, 6 conference rooms as well as a restaurant, bar and outdoor restaurant facing Marenviken.

Winn Hotel Group will operate the hotel with the Clarion Hotel brand as a franchisee for Nordic Choice Hotels. The hotel is scheduled to open in the autumn of 2023.

Annordia’s assignment for Stadsrum Real Estate began in the spring of 2018. First, the market conditions for a new hotel were evaluated on the site, then a suitable hotel concept was developed and finally, the rent that a hotel operator was expected to pay for the premises was evaluated. In this way, Stadsrum Real Estate received a good decision basis from the very beginning and which has now ended with the recruitment of a strong tenant.
