Annordia advised Liseberg AB on the sale of the business of Hotell Heden to Ekman Hotels. The hotel has 179 rooms, a restaurant, conference facilities and is located in the center of Gothenburg. The property is owned by the municipal company Higab. Ekman Hotels took possession of the business on June 1, 2022.
