Annordia acted as advisor to Granitor (former Midroc) when Nordic Choice Hotels was recruited as operator of a hotel and congress facility to be built on Ångfärjetomten in Helsingborg.

Just at the quayside, in the center of Helsingborg, Granitor has built a hotel and congress facility as well as restaurants, cafes, shops and housing. Nordic Choice is run the hotel and congress facility under the brand Clarion Hotel & Congress Sea U.

The hotel opened in February 2021 and contains 250 rooms, making it the largest hotel in Helsingborg. The complex also includes a large restaurant, bars, gym, pool and 15 meeting rooms, where the largest has a capacity of receiving 1,250 people. The total gross area amounts to more than 24,000 square meters. Jais Architects has designed the facility.
