On behalf of Region Gotland, Annordia has performed a rental assessment for a potential new hotel in the area Inre hamnen in Visby. The assignment also included a development rights valuation of the object. Annordia conducted the project during 2019.

Inre hamnen in central Visby is an area mostly covered by parking spaces and service to the guest harbor. The area also contains the night club Kallis, the congress facility Wisby Strand and Uppsala University’s campus Gotland. Inre hamnen will be redeveloped with offices, shops, restaurants and a hotel. The size of the hotel is planned to be 4,000 square meter gross floor area.
