Annordia led the operator search and selection process of Live and Stay Ekmanska in Gothenburg on behalf of TB-Gruppen.
The upscale aparthotel will be constructed in a neoclassical style, contain 17 apartments, and be operated by Ekmans Business House i Göteborg AB. Live and Stay Ekmanska, which is located 600 meters from the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Center and 700 meters from Scandinavium, is expected to open on October 1, 2022.
