During the winter of 2010 Annordia were appointed by the property owner Diligentia to develop a suitable concept as well as finding an operator to the hotel. Hoteliers showed great interest in operating at the premise and ultimately Nobis Hospitality Group were handed the opportunity to run the new hotel now known as Miss Clara. Stockholm-based Nobis operates other facilities in Stockholm such as Nobis Hotel, Stallmästeragården, Hotel J and Hotel Skeppsholmen. Nobis developed the final layout and design of Miss Clara together with Wingårdhs architects.

The classical Art Nouveau building from 1910, originally a girl’s school, today comprises of 92 hotel rooms, a restaurant and a glazed terrace for greater companies. In April 2014 Miss Clara opened at Sveavägen 48 in central Stockholm.
