Annordia advised Cibola on the acquisition of the hotel property for Mora Hotell & Spa in Mora, Sweden. The hotel has 140 rooms and is located in the middle of town, only 100 meters away from the Vasaloppet finish line, the Zorn Museum and the Zorngården and with unbeatable views of Lake Siljan.

The transaction value amounts to SEK 114 million. Cibola has a strong focus on creating destinations, this is their fifth hotel acquisition. On May 2, the new property owner, who bought the hotel from Pandox, will take over. The acquisition only includes the property. The operation will continue to be managed by the Lund family who has run the hotel since 2018.
