Annordia has carried out a rental assessment of Nääs Fabriker Hotel & Restaurant in Lerum. The assignment also included submitting comments on existing lease agreement and comparing investments made with what Annordia proposed in an investigation in 2014.

Nääs Fabriker is a historical factory area by Lake Sävelången in Tollered. Ernst Rosén has developed the area into a destination with offices, shops and hotels. Nääs Fabriker Hotel & Restaurant has 81 guest rooms, 15 meeting rooms, a restaurant and bar, café, gym and a swimming bath.
