NCC Property Development A/S assigned Annordia to perform a market analysis and a rental assessment for a potential hotel in Århus, Denmark. The original report was delivered in 2016. The following year, Annordia was commissioned to carry out an updated rental assessment.

The hotel is planned to be developed in the rapid-growing area called Frederiks Plads, in central Århus close to the central station, Bruuns Mall and the harbor amongst much more. According to the concept proposal, the hotel is suggested to contain 240 rooms, meeting rooms, restaurant and bar. The total gross floor area amounts to approximately 12,000 square meters.
