Annordia advised Atrium Ljungberg on the recruitment of Nordic Choice Hotels as operator of a new hotel in Sickla, Nacka municipality.
The hotel is housed in the building that was originally Kåberg’s wallpaper factory, located at Marcus Square in Sickla. The new hotel has the Clarion Collection brand and comprises 236 guest rooms as well as a large lobby area with restaurant, event area and conference rooms.
The hotel opened on the15 June 2020.
