Annordia led the operator search and selection process for a new hotel that Geely and GIC Management AB develop at campus Uni3 by Geely at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. After great interest, Nordic Choice Hotels was ultimately selected as the operator.

Prior to the operator search, Annordia performed a feasibility study for the hotel in 2019. The report contained an analysis of the market conditions for a new hotel on the site and analysis of potential clients, a development of a hotel concept and a rental assessment.

The hotel opened in October 2022. As a full-service hotel, it offers 254 rooms, two restaurants, three bars, conference rooms and a wellness area.
