Annordia advised Klövern in the process where Scandic Hotels signed a 20-year lease. The new hotel is part of Klövern’s Örebro Entrance project at the northern entrance to Örebro city center. In the first phase of the project, Klövern constructed a 14-storey building with a total of approximately 8,600 square meters. The hotel, including the restaurant, is housed on nine floors and will make a positive contribution to urban development.
The hotel opened in March 2022 with 160 rooms and covers 5,860 square meters.
