Annordia were appointed advisors on behalf of Genova Property Group for the recruitment of an operator to a new hotel in central Palma, Spain.
The new hotel comprises of around 40 hotel rooms and a restaurant totaling to 2 000 square meters of total usable area. Last week Nobis signed a 20-year lease agreement to run the new hotel.
