Annordia has conducted a rental assessment of Sälens Högfjällshotell on behalf of the property owner, Skistar.

Located in Sälen, one of Sweden’s most popular winter destinations, this well-established hotel boasts an excellent ski-in/ski-out location on Högfjället.

Sälens Högfjällshotell has a floor area of approximately 13,340 square meters and comprises 106 guest rooms, several restaurants and bars, six conference rooms, and an event venue with a capacity for up to 1,500 people. The hotel also features a cinema, a wellness area, and staff accommodations.

Several large meetings and events are held at the hotel each year, including the Folk och Försvar (Society and Defense) Annual National Conference and the three-day Ski & Rock festival.
