Annordia advised Granitor (former Midroc) on the functional design and layout of a hotel in Helsingborg, and the recruitment of Scandic as an operator.
The hotel was built in the World Trade Center office complex at Oceanhamnen and includes 184 rooms, conference rooms, restaurant, sky bar and gym, in total covering approximately 7,000 square meters. The hotel opened in May 2022.
