Annordia has been advising Skellefteå municipality and Skellefteå Stadshus AB in the recruitment of Elite Hotels as operator of a new hotel in Sara Kulturhus, in central Skellefteå.

The hotel will comprise 9,777 square meters with 205 rooms. White Architects designed the building which, with its 20 floors, becomes one of the world’s tallest wooden houses. The building has become a landmark for Skellefteå.

At the top of the hotel, there is a sky bar with a roof terrace and a spa with fantastic panoramic views. The hotel has a restaurant, a large congress room and several conference/meeting rooms. The opening was on the 14th of October.
