Annordia advised AMF Fastigheter on the letting of a new destination hotel in Marievik, Stockholm, to Strawberry. The operator selection process was preceded by a feasibility study comprising market analysis, concept development and a rental assessment.
The hotel will comprise approximately 11,500 sqm and feature 191 guest rooms, restaurants and bars, including a rooftop restaurant, as well as meeting and event spaces. A rooftop spa with an outdoor pool and terraces is also planned.
The hotel forms part of Marievik’s transformation into a vibrant neighbourhood where homes, workplaces, culture and recreation come together. Designed by acclaimed architect Manuelle Gautrand, the hotel will become a new Stockholm landmark.
The opening is planned for summer 2029.
